Tools I've built.

Small things made for my own practice and released for anyone who finds them useful.

These are AI skills: short packaged instructions that make an assistant reliably good at one specific job. They're written in an open format, so they work across the major assistants rather than only one.

AVAILABLE

Managerial coach

Reads your recent one-to-ones and gives honest coaching on how you're managing: what you're avoiding, where you're talking too much, and what a direct report has raised twice without resolution. Built for managers who don't get much coaching themselves.

AVAILABLE

AI vendor risk assessment

Works through a vendor against the common frameworks and returns a defensible verdict with an evidence trail, including an honest "not enough evidence" outcome rather than a forced answer.

Others, per engagement

Most of what I build is specific to a client's own systems and stays with them. If something here would be useful to your team, it's usually quick to adapt.

Happy to share any of these, or to build something similar for your team. Get in touch.
